Abby received her Associates Degree in Nursing at Indian Hills Community College in 2002, a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grand View University in 2010, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice with a focus on Family Practice at Creighton University in 2015. Her previous 14 years of experience consisted of 6 years in the Intensive Care Unit and 8 years in the Emergency Department. In her spare time she enjoys being with her family and friends.
Brandi graduated from Iowa Central Community College with her Associates degree of Applied Sciences in Radiologic Technology in 2014. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Brandi also enjoys baking, cake decorating, doing her daughters hair, walking, and just plain enjoying life.
Carly graduated from Iowa Central Community College in 2016 where she earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Radiologic Technology. She is new to the Spencer and Spirit Lake locations as of August 2016. In her free time she enjoys fishing, camping, going to the races, and spending time with family and friends.
Carol received her LPN from DesMoines Area Community College in 1998 and graduated with her associate Degree Nursing in May 2015 from Northwest Iowa Community College. She has 13 years of experience working in long term care. She is married with two kids and two dogs. She loves to cook and spend time with family camping and go kart racing. She is looking forward to her new career at Crown Clinics and offers many years of experience as a nurse.
Crystal attended Iowa Lakes Community College, where she earned her degree in Medical Assisting. She has thirteen years of medical experience in clinic, hospital, and nursing home settings. When she’s not working, Crystal likes to bake, read, scrapbook, and spend time at the lake with family and friends.
Jay recieved his nursing degree from Iowa Lakes Community College, his BSN from the University of Iowa and his MSN from the University of Cincinnati. He has been in healthcare since 2001 and has spent most of his career in the emergency department. He was also a member of the Army Nurse Corps in the Iowa Army National Guard for 12 years. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and biking and kayaking in the Lakes area.
Jill obtained her RN in 1999 from Iowa Central Community College in Storm Lake, her BSN in 2010 from South University and her MSN from South University in 2017 specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner. She was certified by the ANCC in February of 2018. She has 19 years of ED experience and spent 4 years of her career working in the Spencer Hospital Emergency Room department and is excited to return to working in the Spencer area. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her three children and her two dogs. Travel is a passion and she enjoys all outdoor activities including boating, kayaking, and walking.
Julie recieved her Medical Office Secretary diploma from Spencer School of Business. She joins Crown Clinics with 20 years of experience as a medical secretary in both a clinic and hospital setting. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her children and her grandchildren. She also enjoys reading, camping riding motorcycle with her husband, and watching football.
Kristin is currently working towards her RN degree at Iowa Lakes Community College. She is married with 2 sons. She also has 2 dogs which she enjoys showing. She loves to watch football with her family.
Marla started her healthcare career with a CNA certification from ILCC. She has 12 years healthcare experience including nursing home, orthopaedics, and family practice settings. Marla has several responsibilities at Crown Clinics including credentialing, billing, coding, and human resources. She is married with 2 children and one spoiled dog. She enjoys watching Nascar and going to Nascar races in her spare time.
Sue earned a nursing diploma from St. Joseph Mercy School of Nursing, a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree from the University of Iowa, and a master of science in nursing (MSN) degree from Briar Cliff University. She has over 35 years of nursing experience, and has spent the majority of her career working in orthopedics and surgery. She has served as an adjunct instructor at Iowa Lakes Community College, and is currently providing healthcare services to patients at the Grand Avenue Free Medical Clinic in Spencer, IA, as well as caring for Crown Clinics patients. In her spare time, Sue enjoys playing the piano, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
