Ashley graduated from Northwest Iowa Community College in 2009 where she earned an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Radiologic Technology. In her free time she loves to spend time with her husband and two kids. She enjoys camping, fishing, watching races, and taking vacations with her family.
Carly graduated from Iowa Central Community College in 2016 where she earned an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Radiologic Technology. She is married with 2 dogs and 2 whitetail deer. In her free time she enjoys fishing, camping, going to the races, and spending time with family and friends.
Carol received her LPN from DesMoines Area Community College in 1998 and graduated with her associate Degree Nursing in May 2015 from Northwest Iowa Community College. She has 13 years of experience working in long term care. She is married with two kids and two dogs. She loves to cook and spend time with family camping and go kart racing. She is looking forward to her new career at Crown Clinics and offers many years of experience as a nurse.
Frankie received her Certified Medical Assistant degree in 1998 from Iowa Lakes Community College.She has worked in the medical field since 1986.She started out as a Certifed Nurse Aid and first responder. She served as a service/activity coordinator of an assisted living facility and received her B.S. degree in Healthcare Distribution.
In her spare time, Frankie spends time with her little buddy, "Bear", and enjoys time outdoors with friends.
Jay recieved his nursing degree from Iowa Lakes Community College, his BSN from the University of Iowa and his MSN from the University of Cincinnati. He has been in healthcare since 2001 and has spent most of his career in the emergency department. He was also a member of the Army Nurse Corps in the Iowa Army National Guard for 12 years. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and biking and kayaking in the Lakes area.
Jessika recieved her Certified Phlebotomy technician diploma in February of 2020. She has 2 children and they all love to be outside and ride their two miniature horses. Jessika and her family enjoy anything outside regardless of the weather including running with their dogs on back roads and around the lake. They enjoy walking on the beach and also helping with her dad's nursery pigs. Jessika also obtained her Veterinarian Technician degree in 2017 from ILCC.
Julie recieved her Medical Office Secretary diploma from Spencer School of Business. She joins Crown Clinics with 20 years of experience as a medical secretary in both a clinic and hospital setting. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her children and her grandchildren. She also enjoys reading, camping, riding motorcycle with her husband, and watching football.
Marla started her healthcare career with a CNA certification from ILCC. She has 12 years healthcare experience including nursing home, orthopaedics, and family practice settings. Marla has several responsibilities at Crown Clinics including credentialing, billing, coding, and human resources. She is married with 2 children and one spoiled dog. She enjoys watching Nascar and going to Nascar races in her spare time.
Maureen Reeves Horsley completed her BSN from Marycrest College, Davenport, Iowa and worked in public health inner city. She completed the University of Iowa graduate Pediatric Nurse Practitioner( PNP) Program in the 3rd class. Her Master's of Science (MS) major Nursing/Education was completed at SDSU, Brookings, SD. While working as a PNP in 13 rural NW Iowa county clinics, she completed her post graduate Family Nurse Program (FNP) at SDSU, Brookings, SD. She has enjoyed serving clinical patients and teaching for over 45 years. She loves working "as needed" for Crown Clinics Being Grandma, enjoying family, nature, travel, and serving others are her joys.
Sue earned a nursing diploma from St. Joseph Mercy School of Nursing, a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree from the University of Iowa, and a master of science in nursing (MSN) degree from Briar Cliff University. She has over 35 years of nursing experience, and has spent the majority of her career working in orthopedics and surgery. She has served as an adjunct instructor at Iowa Lakes Community College, and is currently providing healthcare services to patients at the Grand Avenue Free Medical Clinic in Spencer, IA, as well as caring for Crown Clinics patients. In her spare time, Sue enjoys playing the piano, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Tina graduated with her Master's in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati. She has 18 years of nursing experience with the past 1 1/2 years as a nurse practitioner. Her background includes family practice and wound care. Tina looks forward to serving the community of Spencer and the surrounding area. She lives in Pocahontas with her husband and two children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and doing crafts.
